Shipping Policy

At Gremier Coffee, we’re committed to getting your cold brew to you as quickly and safely as possible. The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website and shipped within Israel.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Israel only. This includes major cities, towns, and most outlying areas covered by our local delivery partners. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

3. Delivery Time and Method

Deliveries are made via local courier or postal services.Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.Delays may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events beyond our control.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery location and order size.Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation via email or SMS (depending on the courier). If you do not receive tracking info, feel free to contact us.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Gremier Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:We will notify youYou may request reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply)

7. Delivery Issues

If you believe your package is lost, delayed, or damaged:Please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier that go missing after delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Our cold brew products are perishable and must be stored refrigerated upon arrival. By ordering, you agree:To receive the delivery promptly, that Gremier Coffee is not responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries or failure to refrigerate the product in time

9. Legal Notice

This policy is provided in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and complies with obligations regarding disclosure, fulfillment, and delivery of online purchases.If you are a “consumer” as defined by law, you may be entitled to additional protections and remedies under applicable consumer laws.
