Refund Policy

At Gremier Coffee, we work hard to deliver premium cold brew coffee, fresh and on time. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific refund and return policy to protect both you, the customer, and our small business.
1. No Returns on Perishable Goods
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable food and beverage items once they have been shipped or delivered — including cold brew coffee. This policy is in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, Section 14C, which allows exemptions for perishable goods or items that may spoil or expire quickly.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives: Damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will do our best to replace the product at no additional cost, refund your order, or offer store credit (at our discretion).
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis, such as in the event of non-delivery (confirmed by courier), product defects or packaging issues, or accidental duplicate charges. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Cancellations Before Shipping
If you contact us before your order has shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. To request cancellation, please email us immediately at Gremiercoffee@gmail.com
5. Store Credit Option
If you are not satisfied with your order but it does not qualify for a refund, we may offer store credit toward a future purchase, at our discretion.
6. Legal Disclaimer
This policy is written in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, including amendments regarding distance selling (online orders). We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are provided at our sole discretion, and Gremier Coffee is not liable for spoilage due to delays in customer pickup, incorrect address, or failure to refrigerate upon receipt.
